To All Western Canada ACN Representatives,
We are pleased to announce that we have secured a 50 passenger luxury coach for the upcoming San Jose International Training Event being held from June 24th-26th. This is a fun and economical way to see the beautiful U.S., network with other ACN representatives and develop life long friendships. This luxury coach will start in Regina, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, June 22nd in the morning, stop in Calgary, and then proceed onto San Jose. All travel times and details are available with the attached registration flyer. Please note the following:
- Deadline for registration is Saturday, April 30th.
- A non-refundable deposit of $150 (cash only please) is due by that time to secure your seat.
- You will be issued a receipt for your initial deposit by the contact person in your local city.
- The remaining $150 must be paid by Wednesday, June 1st with no exceptions.
- Your date of birth is being asked for on the registration form as we must send an advance list of passengers to the border
prior to the bus arriving there. This makes the crossing much faster.
- Please make sure you have a valid passport as you will need one to cross into the US.

Edmonton
TC Ms. Susan Aceron Gray will be appointing a contact person for your city in the next few days. Please print off the attached registration flyer and have your deposit available when she makes the announcement for your city.
The success of this coach depends on everyone being responsible and accountable. We need 50 people to make this trip affordable for everyone. Please note that the ACN event in San Jose WILL sell out before April 30th so that is our deadline for the luxury coach as well. If we do not have the necessary number of passengers and deposits by April 30th, the coach will be cancelled and all monies would be refunded at that point. The deposit is only non-refundable if you put a deposit down and then end up not going on the trip.
