In 2002-03 Nekoda was one of 10 people globally to receive the Diamond Leadership award for exuberating the highest level of leadership and accomplishments in Direct Sales Marketing. Nekoda’s success story is so renowned that he was invited to speak for the Department of Defence in 2006, during Black History Month, as an iconic real life “Rags to Riches” story.
